The staff was very kind and courteous. They inquired about my day and needs. The management upgraded my room to the luxury suite. It was a good surprise, and the resort is gorgeous and well-kept with great facilities, like the spa and two pools.
The road to the hotel was seriously the worst I used on Bali.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They remembered my name and preferences. the food was fresh, particularly at breakfast. gupti was an really good driver and tour guide, providing friendly and informative service.
i found the sole restaurant on-site to be a bit disappointing, it did not quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the resort.

the hotel had two pools and a jacuzzi available . i observed a well kept garden area that gave a rainforest feel. there was a shuttle service that went to the center, running every 20 minutes.

Tranquil Escape with Really good Service

The staff offered very nice service. They anticipated all my needs. My Classic One-Bedroom Pool Villa offered a peaceful private retreat. I appreciated the lush greenery surrounding the villa. It created a relaxing atmosphere (the sounds of nature were amazing). I would come back again for this level of hospitality.
The access road had poor condition. I experienced difficulty when I was traveling to the location. It was the worst road I used on this trip.

The breakfast had expanded selections from my last visit. Vegetarian options were available. Afternoon tea included Balinese snacks (they were delicious!). Food served at the restaurant was amazing too.

the food was average , especially dinner. i was pretty disappointed , and breakfast was just okay. i wouldn't rate it a 4.6/5. also , we had a situation , and the resolution was not what we expected. i felt things could have been handled much better, and it left me deflated.

i enjoyed the free yoga class. the restaurant food was delicious. it was great that they had a courtesy car to take you into the town a few times a day.
the road to the hotel was seriously rough. it was the worst road i used. the staff were very pushy about getting a good review while i was still there. i understand why it's important but i didn't appreciate feeling pressured.
